Every business is different.   Sometimes having a scheduled tech onsite allows your staff to interact with a physical person and build a stronger relationship.  Sometimes, you need to have another set of hands and eyes to support your exiting IT team without having the overhead of going through an expensive hiring and training process.

You can choose to have a support tech, at your business from 1 to 5 days a week.  The more you need a support tech onsite, the greater the discount.  You will be provided with daily reports on what the support tech accomplish that day.
